Terms of Use

Your use of the web site and all related services hosted by Asia Flight 
Simulation Centre (herein known as AFSC) is governed by the terms of 
use set forth herein as follow. Should you disagree with any of the terms 
please do not proceed with the use of the site and its related 
services. Your usage of and/or registration with the site will constitute an 
agreement with all the terms as spelled out in this section.

Terms

1.  Non-registered and registered users alike surfing the site for 
information and/or seeking services will do so with the agreement that AFSC 
shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage in whatsoever 
form arising from the presentation of incorrect information or 
misinterpretation of any part of content found on the site, as well as any 
security breach, virus infection and attack, and other issues arising from 
the use of internet connection to/from our site.

2.  If you choose to register as a member of the site and thus gain 
access to privileged sections within the site, you agree to provide true 
and complete information about yourself as requested and maintain and 
promptly update AFSC to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. 
Should AFSC has any reasonable ground to suspect that such information is 
untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, AFSC reserves the right 
to suspend or terminate your account with no notice and possibly to 
refuse any and all future use of AFSC's site and/or services and 
resources.

3.  Upon registration, you will be granted a password and account that 
will gain you access to privileged sections of the site. You shall be 
responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and any 
other account information, and are fully responsible for all activities 
that occur under your password and account. If you have any reasonable 
amount of doubt that your account/password has been compromised, you 
agree to immediately notify AFSC and to ceased immediate use of the 
account. You are also to ensure that you exit as per required from your 
login at the end of each session, failing which AFSC cannot and will not be 
liable for any loss or damage that may arise.

4.  Your registration data will be subjected to AFSC's Privacy Policy 
that states that all information collected will be properly and 
adequately safeguarded against possible abuse. However, from time to time AFSC 
reserves the right to use the information in the way that allows for 
promotional updates, unless otherwise specifically instructed by user who 
may wishes to opt out of such updates.

5.  All intellectual property rights and ownership belonging to AFSC 
(including, but not limited to, any titles, source codes, concepts, works 
of art, multimedia content such as sounds and visuals, users' 
communication transcripts, users' personal information, etc. are owned by AFSC 
and/or its third party licensors and licensees. AFSC is protected by the 
copyright laws of the Republic of Singapore, international copyright 
treaties and conventions, and other laws. All rights are reserved.

6.  In using your account with the site, you are expected to observe a 
code of conduct consistent with proper and lawful practices. Improper 
behaviours and/or unlawful practices are strictly prohibited. These 
include, but are not limited to, malicious attacks upon a AFSC server or 
otherwise disrupt the site's services; harass, threaten, stalk, 
embarrass, or cause distress, unwanted attention or discomfort upon another user 
or person within or outside of AFSC; transmit or post images and/or 
content that are deemed offensive or objectionable or unlawful; cause 
disruption to the normal flow of dialogue in chat or acting in a way that 
negatively affects other users;  post or transmit any unsolicited 
advertising, promotional materials, or other forms of solicitation to other 
users; upload or otherwise make available any content that infringes any 
patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights; create or 
maintain more than one simultaneous connection to AFSC; poach or solicit 
for business of any form from other users or members of the site.

7.  If you have set yourself up as host to certain scheduled game or 
games, you are expected to be present punctually and logged in to the 
site as well as timely launching all appropriate applications relating to 
the game or otherwise so as to allow other guests to join in the 
session you are to host, failing of which AFSC reserves the right to suspend 
or terminate your account without further notice.

8.  If you are logged in as guest, and you have entered any of the 
hosted sim-rooms, you are expected to be actively participating without 
undue delay in the indicated game as per expected of you, explicitly or 
otherwise, by the host and AFSC, according to the game you have selected, 
and to conduct yourself in the manner expected by the rules set by the 
game and the host. Inappropriate observation of the requirements or 
behaviour inconsistent with the game play may result in your membership 
expulsion.

9.  While AFSC currently offers certain selected services free of 
charge, this by no mean indicates that it will remain so indefinitely. AFSC 
reserves the right to amend or institute charges or fees as it deems 
fit, presently or in the future.

10. You agree and acknowledge that any breach of any term and/or 
condition of use set forth herein will result in AFSC exercising its legal 
rights and options without notice including, but not limited to, 
temporarily suspending your user account, terminating your user account, taking 
legal proceedings against you, or any other actions that AFSC deems fit 
and appropriate.
